Non Use of BYU Name. LICENSEE shall not use the name of Xxxxxxx Young University nor of any of its employees, nor any adaptation thereof, in any advertisement, promotion or sales literature without the express prior written consent from BYU in each case, except that LICENSEE may state that it is licensed by BYU.
