Common use of NON-USE OF NAMES Clause in Contracts

NON-USE OF NAMES. LICENSEE shall not use the name of UNIVERSITY, nor any adaptation thereof, in any advertising, promotional or sales literature without prior written consent of UNIVERSITY, except that LICENSEE may state that it is licensed by UNIVERSITY under one or more of the patents and/or patent applications within the PATENT RIGHTS.
