Common use of NON-USE OF NAMES Clause in Contracts

NON-USE OF NAMES. s.11.1 Neither Party shall use the names of the other Party, nor any of its Affiliates, employees, nor any adaptation thereof, in any advertising, promotional or sales literature without prior written consent obtained from the other Party in each case.

NON-USE OF NAMES. s.11.1 10.01 Neither Party party shall use the names name of the other Party, nor party or any contraction or derivative thereof or the name(s) of its Affiliatesthe other party's faculty members, employees, nor any adaptation thereofor students, as applicable, in any advertising, promotional promotional, sales literature, or sales literature fundraising documents without prior written consent obtained from the other Party in each caseparty.
