Non-utilisation fee. The Parent, on behalf of the Borrowers, shall pay to the Bank a non-utilisation fee calculated on the daily undrawn un-cancelled balance of the Credit from the date falling 12 (twelve) months from the date of the Contract at a rate of 0.10% (ten basis points) per annum, the accrued non-utilisation fee being payable:
