Non-Waiver Of Debts/Obligations Owing By Class Members. The Parties understand and agree that this Settlement Agreement and any terms herein shall not affect in any regard any debt or obligation owed by the Plaintiff or any Settlement Class Member to Defendant and/or its clients, principals and their related or affiliated entities. This Settlement Agreement does not operate to waive, extinguish, terminate, reduce or affect any debt or obligation owed by Plaintiff or Class Members, and shall not impair or limit any right or cause of action or right to enforce or otherwise collect any underlying debt or amount owed to Defendant and its clients, principals and their related or affiliated entities.
