Non-waiver of Default; Cumulative Remedies. No failure of Landlord to enforce rights or remedies upon any default of Tenant shall prejudice or affect the rights of Landlord upon any subsequent or similar default. All rights and remedies of Landlord hereunder shall be cumulative, and shall not exclude any other remedies allowed at law or in equity.
