Non-Waiver of Rights and Remedies. No delay or failure on the part of the Secured Party in the exercise of any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver thereof, no single or partial exercise by the Secured Party of any right or remedy shall preclude other or further exercises thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy and no course of dealing between the parties shall operate as a waiver of any right or remedy of the Secured Party. All remedies hereunder are cumulative and are not exclusive of any other remedies provided by law.
