Common use of Nonassignability Clause in Contracts

Nonassignability. Neither this AGREEMENT nor any right or interest hereunder shall be assignable by the EMPLOYEE, his beneficiaries, or legal representatives without the EMPLOYERS' prior written consent; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 8 shall preclude (a) the EMPLOYEE from designating a beneficiary to receive any benefits payable hereunder upon his death, or (b) the executors, administrators, or other legal representatives of the EMPLOYEE or his estate from assigning any rights hereunder to the person or persons entitled thereto.

Nonassignability. Neither this AGREEMENT nor any right or interest hereunder shall be assignable by the EMPLOYEE, his beneficiaries, beneficiaries or legal representatives without the EMPLOYERS' EMPLOYER’s prior written consent; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 8 7 shall preclude (ai) the EMPLOYEE from designating a beneficiary to receive any benefits payable hereunder upon his death, death or (bii) the executors, administrators, administrators or other legal representatives of the EMPLOYEE or his estate from assigning any rights hereunder to the person or persons entitled thereto.

Nonassignability. Neither this AGREEMENT Agreement nor any right or ---------------- interest hereunder shall be assignable by the EMPLOYEEEmployee, his beneficiaries, beneficiaries or legal representatives representatives, without the EMPLOYERS' prior written consentconsent of Employers; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 8 paragraph 15(a) shall preclude (ai) the EMPLOYEE Employee from designating a beneficiary to receive any benefits payable hereunder upon his death, or (bii) the executors, administrators, or other legal representatives of the EMPLOYEE Employee or his estate from assigning any rights hereunder to the person or persons entitled thereto.

Neither this AGREEMENT nor any right or interest hereunder shall be assignable by the EMPLOYEE, his beneficiaries, or legal representatives without the EMPLOYERS' ’ prior written consent; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 8 9 shall preclude (a) the EMPLOYEE from designating a beneficiary to receive any benefits payable hereunder upon his death, or (b) the executors, administrators, or other legal representatives of the EMPLOYEE or his estate from assigning any rights hereunder to the person or persons entitled thereto.

Neither this AGREEMENT Agreement nor any right or interest hereunder shall be assignable by the EMPLOYEEEmployee, his Employee’s beneficiaries, or legal representatives without the EMPLOYERS' Company’s prior written consent; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 8 Paragraph 15(a) shall preclude preclude: (ai) the EMPLOYEE Employee from designating a beneficiary to receive any benefits benefit payable hereunder upon his Employee’s death, or (bii) the executors, administrators, or other legal representatives of the EMPLOYEE Employee or his Employee’s estate from assigning any rights hereunder to the person or persons entitled theretothereunto.

Neither this AGREEMENT Agreement nor any right or interest hereunder shall be assignable by the EMPLOYEEEmployee, his beneficiaries, dependents or legal representatives without the EMPLOYERS' Company’s prior written consent; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 8 7.10 shall preclude (a) the EMPLOYEE Employee from designating a beneficiary to receive any benefits benefit payable hereunder upon his death, death or (b) the executors, administrators, administrators or other legal representatives of the EMPLOYEE Employee or his estate from assigning any rights hereunder to the person or persons Person(s) entitled thereto.
