Noncircumvention; Noninterference Clause Samples

The Noncircumvention; Noninterference clause is designed to prevent parties from bypassing each other to engage directly with contacts, clients, or business opportunities introduced during their relationship. In practice, this means that if one party introduces a valuable connection or opportunity, the other party cannot exploit that relationship independently or interfere with ongoing business dealings. This clause serves to protect the interests and efforts of the introducing party, ensuring that all parties benefit fairly from shared opportunities and discouraging unethical business practices.
