Noncompensatory Option. Items of income, gain, loss or deduction resulting from a restatement of the Book Values of Company assets pursuant to clause (b)(iii) of the definition of Book Value shall be allocated among the Members in the manner described in Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv)(s)(2).
