Common use of Noncompetition Period Clause in Contracts

Noncompetition Period. As used herein, the term "Noncompetition Period" shall mean the period commencing with the date hereof and ending on the earlier to occur of (A) the effective date of any termination by the Company of the Executive's employment with the Company without Cause (and for reasons other than Disability), or (B) the first (1st) anniversary of the effective date of any Resignation for Good Reason or any termination of the Executive's employment with the Company arising from a Disability.
