Noncompliance With Other Provisions of this Agreement. Failure of any Credit Party or any Guarantor to comply with or perform any covenant or other provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document to which it is a party or to perform any other Obligation (which failure does not constitute an Event of Default under any of the preceding provisions of this Section 7.01) and continuance of such failure for thirty (30) days after notice thereof to such Credit Party or such Guarantor from the Agent.
