Noncompliance with Requirements the Improvements are not constructed in compliance with all Requirements, and such noncompliance is not commenced to be corrected within thirty (30) days after written notice thereof and diligently continued to its conclusion, but in any event such noncompliance shall be corrected within ninety (90) days after Borrower receives written notice thereof from Administrative Agent; or
