Common use of Noncompliant Transfer Voidable Clause in Contracts

Noncompliant Transfer Voidable. Title to the Subject Property, whether in whole or in part, shall not be sold or otherwise conveyed except in accordance with this Covenant. In the event the Subject Property is sold or otherwise conveyed in any manner that is not in accordance with this Covenant, such sale or conveyance shall be voidable at the County’s option. If such sale or conveyance is declared void it shall confer no title whatsoever upon the purported transferee.
