Common use of Noncorporate Entities Clause in Contracts

Noncorporate Entities. If any provision of this Agreement refers to the board of directors of an entity that has no board of directors, the reference to board of directors shall be deemed to refer to the body, committee, or person that has duties and responsibilities with respect to the entity that most closely approximate those of a board of directors of a corporation.
