Nondisclosure; Confidential Information. Executive acknowledges and agrees that certain information obtained while employed by the Bank is confidential, and, is important to the Bank and to the effective operation of the Bank’s business. Executive, therefore, agrees that while employed by the Bank, and at any time afterwards, he will make no disclosure of any kind, directly or indirectly, concerning any confidential information relating to the Bank, Company or any of their activities.
