Nondisclosure; Confidential Information. Executive acknowledges and agrees that certain information obtained while employed by the Employer is confidential, and, is important to Employer and to the effective operation of Employer’s business. Executive, therefore, agrees that while employed by the Employer, and at any time afterwards, he will make no disclosure of any kind, directly or indirectly, concerning any confidential information relating to Employer or any of its activities.
