Nondisclosure of Certain Information. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 9.1 and 9.3, the General Partner may keep confidential from the Limited Partners any information that the General Partner believes to be in the nature of trade secrets or other information the disclosure of which the General Partner in good faith believes is not in the best interests of the Partnership or which the Partnership is required by law or by agreements with unaffiliated third parties to keep confidential.
