Nondisclosure of Dealer and Consumer Information. SCUSA shall not directly or indirectly share data about Dealers or Consumers with third parties, other OEMs, authorized vehicle distributors or authorized vehicle dealers without the written consent of Chrysler (and affected Dealers as required). SCUSA shall employ appropriate safeguards to protect such information from unauthorized disclosure or dissemination.
