Both during and after the termination of employment, whether such termination is voluntary or involuntary, Employee shall keep in confidence and trust all Proprietary and Confidential Information. Both during and after the termination of employment, whether such termination is voluntary or involuntary, Employee shall not use or disclose Proprietary or Confidential Information without the written consent of Employer, except as may be necessary in the ordinary course of performing his duties to Employer.
