NONDISCLOSURE TO MEDIA. After the Date of Termination or the end of Employment Period, the Executive agrees that he will not discuss his employment and resignation or termination (including the terms of this Agreement) with any representatives of the media, either directly or indirectly, without the written consent and approval of the Company.
