Executive agrees not to make any communications or engage in any conduct that is or can reasonably be construed to be disparaging of the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, stockholders, products, or services. The Company agrees not to make any communications or engage in any conduct that is or can reasonably be construed to be disparaging of Executive.
