Nondivided Savings Plans. As of the Operational Separation Date, the Parent Group shall retain (or assume to the extent necessary) sponsorship of the Alcoa Retirement Savings Plan for Fastener System Employees, the RTI Employee Savings & Investment Plan, the RTI Bargaining Unit Employee Savings and Investment Plan, and the RTI International Metals, Inc. Employee Savings and Investment Plan, and, from and after the Operational Separation Date, all Assets and Liabilities thereunder shall be Assets and Liabilities of the Parent Group.
