Nondivided Savings Plans. As of the Operational Separation Date, the Parent Group shall retain (or assume to the extent necessary) sponsorship of Arconic Retirement Savings Plan for ATEP Bargaining Employees, effective January 1, 2017, as amended, and, from and after the Operational Separation Date, all Assets and Liabilities thereunder shall be Assets and Liabilities of the Parent Group.
