If the Employer elects to provide for Nonelective Contributions to a Profit Sharing Plan or 401(k) Plan (or if Section 3.04(C)(2) applies), or the Plan is a Money Purchase Pension Plan or a Target Benefit Plan, the Plan Administrator will apply the provisions of this Section 3.04.
