Nonexclusive Concession Sample Clauses
A Nonexclusive Concession clause grants certain rights or privileges to a party without restricting the grantor from offering the same rights to others. In practice, this means that the recipient can operate or use the concession, such as selling products or providing services, but the grantor retains the ability to grant similar concessions to additional parties. This clause is commonly used to encourage broader market participation and competition, while ensuring the grantor is not limited to a single partner or operator.
