Nonexclusive Dealings. 30.1 This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> AM-TEL as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Navigator as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> MTI as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i2.52(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> as a requesting carrier under the Act)not specifically provided herein.

This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Southern Telecom as a requesting carrier under the Act).

This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> North Star Telecom as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Andrex as a requesting carrier under the Act).

This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> E2 as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> MOR Communications, LLC as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Paramount as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> NuStar as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> World Satellite Network America, Inc. as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Mid Atlantic Telephone Company as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Edge Connections as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. 30.1 This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> AllSouth Phone Connect as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> AllSouth Phone as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Ciera Network Systems, Inc. as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Money To Go as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> VVI as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> NTERA, INC. as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Easy Telephone as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Xxxxxx Xxxxxx dba CAL-TEC COMMUNICATIONS as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> XXXxxxx.xxx as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Azul Tel as a requesting carrier under the Act).

Nonexclusive Dealings. This Agreement does not prevent either Party from providing or purchasing services to or from any other person nor, except as provided in Section 252(i) of the Act, does it obligate either Party to provide or purchase any services (except insofar as the Parties are obligated to provide access to Interconnection, services and Network Elements to <<customer_name>> Broadslate as a requesting carrier under the Act).
