Nonexclusivity of Rights. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Executive is not prevented from continuing or future participation in any Employer benefit, bonus, incentive or other plans, programs, policies or practices provided by Employer subject to the terms and conditions of such plans, programs, or practices.
