Nonhydrocarbons. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 7.1 to the contrary, the gas shall not contain more than three percent (3%) by volume of total nonhydrocarbons at the Point(s) of Delivery. Nonhydrocarbons shall include, but not be limited to, water, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur, carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen.
