Noninterference with Relationships Sample Clauses

The Noninterference with Relationships clause prohibits one party from intentionally disrupting or undermining the business relationships or contractual arrangements that the other party maintains with third parties. In practice, this means that neither party may solicit, induce, or encourage clients, employees, or partners of the other party to terminate or alter their existing relationships.
