Nonperformance / Default under Loan Documents. Any failure by a Credit Party to keep all Loan Documents in full force and effect in favor of the Lender, to perform or default in the performance of any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement or any other Loan Document (all of which covenants, conditions and agreements are hereby incorporated in this Agreement by express reference) (not otherwise addressed in this Article 12).
