Common use of Nonprofit Status Clause in Contracts

Nonprofit Status. The Agency shall maintain its corporate, non-profit status in the State of Florida throughout the term of this Agreement. If the Agency should, during the term of this Agreement, lose its corporate or non-profit status, it shall immediately notify the City within ten (10) days of the event. Upon such an event, the City reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and discontinue distribution of Funds to the Agency.
