Nonpurpose Receipts. Nonpurpose Receipts include actual receipts (amounts actually or constructively received with respect to a Nonpurpose Investment, such as earnings and return of principal, reduced by Qualified Administrative Costs); “deallocation” receipts (for a Nonpurpose Investment that ceases to be allocated to the Bonds or subject to rebate, the Value of the Investment on the “deallocation” date); Computation Date receipts (the Value of any Nonpurpose Investment held at the end of any Computation Period); and rebate receipts (any recovery of an overpayment of rebate). Investments of amounts held in a Bona Fide Debt Service Fund for the Bonds will be excepted from the rebate requirement but only if the gross earnings on such fund for such Bond Year do not exceed $100,000.
