Common use of Nonqualified Stock Options Clause in Contracts

Nonqualified Stock Options. As of the date hereof, Executive shall be granted non-qualified stock options to purchase 50,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock pursuant to the terms of a Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement to be entered into between Executive and the Company.

Nonqualified Stock Options.
