Nonrecourse Debt Allocations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 5.1, each Partner shall be allocated items of Partnership income and gain in each taxable year as necessary, in the General Partner’s discretion, to comply with the Allocation Regulations relating to nonrecourse debt and partner nonrecourse debt as those terms are defined by the Allocation Regulations.
