Common use of Nonsectarian and Non-Religious Operation Clause in Contracts

Nonsectarian and Non-Religious Operation. To the extent disqualified under the State or Federal constitutions, the PSA shall not have any organizations or contractual affiliation with a church or other religious organization. Nothing in this Section shall be deemed to diminish or enlarge the civil and political rights, privileges, and capacities of any person on account of his/her religious belief.
