Common use of NONSOLICITATION; EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

NONSOLICITATION; EMPLOYEES. Employee agrees that during the Term of this Agreement and for one (1) year after the effective date of the expiration or a termination for any reason, Employee will not offer employment to any person who was employed by the Company or its subsidiaries without the prior written consent of the Company.
