Common use of NONSOLICITATION; EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

NONSOLICITATION; EMPLOYEES. Employee agrees that during the Term of this Agreement and for two (2) years after the effective date of a Termination For Cause, Employee will not offer employment to any person who was employed by the Company, its subsidiaries as of the effective date of a Termination For Cause without the prior written consent of the Company.

NONSOLICITATION; EMPLOYEES.
