NONSOLICITATION OF COMPANY EMPLOYEES. During the Restricted Period, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, recruit, solicit, induce, or influence (or seek to induce or influence) any person who is employed by, hired by, affiliated with, or acts as a consultant, independent contractor, or salesperson for, the Company or Tickeri to terminate or alter his/her relationship with the Company.
