Common use of Nonsolicitation of Company’s Employees Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Company’s Employees. Executive agrees that during the term of Executive's employment with Company and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of such employment, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, solicit, encourage or attempt to hire any of Company's employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company's employees to discontinue their employment with Company.

Nonsolicitation of Company’s Employees. Executive agrees that during the term of Executive's employment with Company and for a period of one (1) year after the following Executive’s termination of such employmentfrom employment with Company, for any reason, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, solicitinterfere with, encourage impair, disrupt or attempt to hire damage Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or recruiting any of Company's ’s employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company's ’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company.

Executive agrees that during Executive’s employment with Company, and for eighteen (18) months from the term date of Executive's employment with Company and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of such employment’s termination, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately solicit or in association with others, solicit, encourage or attempt to hire any of Company's ’s employees or causing cause others to solicit or encourage any of Company's ’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company.

Nonsolicitation of Company’s Employees. Executive agrees that during for the term of Executive's employment with Company and for a period of one two (12) year after the period following Executive’s termination of such employmentemployment for any reason, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, solicitinterfere with, encourage impair, disrupt or attempt damage Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire any of Company's ’s employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company's ’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company.
