Common use of Nonsolicitation of Company’s Employees Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Company’s Employees. Employee agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years after the termination of this Agreement, or one (1) year in the case of a voluntary resignation, Employee will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company's business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire any of Company's employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company's employees to discontinue their employment with Company.

Employee agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years after the termination of this Agreement, or one (1) year in the case of a voluntary resignationfollowing Employee’s termination from employment with Company, for any reason, Employee will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company's ’s business by soliciting, encouraging or attempting to hire recruiting any of Company's ’s employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of Company's ’s employees to discontinue their employment with Company.
