Common use of NONSOLICITATION OF CUSTOMERS/PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS Clause in Contracts

NONSOLICITATION OF CUSTOMERS/PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS. Employee expressly agrees that during the Restricted Period, Employee will not (either directly or indirectly, by assisting or acting in concert with others), on behalf of himself/herself or any other person, business, entity, including but not limited to on behalf of a Competing Business, call upon, solicit, or attempt to call upon or solicit any business from any Customer or Prospective Customer for the purpose of providing services substantially similar to the Services.
