Common use of Nonsolicitation of Employees Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Employees. Executive agrees that during the Non-Compete Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, (i) induce or solicit any person who was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Company or any of its Affiliates, to terminate such individual’s employment or service with the Company or any of its Affiliates or (ii) assist any other person or entity in such activities.

Nonsolicitation of Employees. Executive agrees that during the Non-Compete Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, (i) induce or solicit any person who was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Company or any of its AffiliatesAffiliates during the course of Executive’s employment with the Company, to terminate such individual’s employment or service with the Company or any of its Affiliates Affiliates, (ii) hire or retain the services of any such person, regardless of whether such person had been solicited for employment, or (iiiii) assist any other person or entity in such activities.

Nonsolicitation of Employees. Executive agrees that during While employed by the Non-Compete Company or any of its affiliates and for the duration of the Restricted Period, the Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit for employment (i) induce or solicit by any person who was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of Person other than the Company or any of its Affiliates, to terminate such individual’s employment or service with affiliates) any Person employed by the Company or any of its Affiliates or (ii) assist any other person or entity in such activitiesaffiliates.

Nonsolicitation of Employees. During the Term and for a period of one year thereafter, Executive agrees that during the Non-Compete Periodhe shall not, Executive will notacting alone or in conjunction with others, directly or indirectly, (i) induce other than on behalf of the Company and its Affiliates, solicit employment for or solicit any person who was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of employees of the Company or any of its Affiliates, to terminate such individual’s employment or service with the Company or any of its Affiliates or (ii) assist induce, solicit or entertain any other person or entity in such activitiesemployee to leave the employ of the Company and/or its Affiliates.
