Common use of Nonsolicitation of Gifts Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Gifts. Without Company's prior written consent in each instance, Executive shall not solicit or accept, for himself or for the benefit of any third party or entity, any contribution, donation, gift, discount or rebate or the like of material value or in violation of applicable law from any person, firm or entity with whom Company maintains any business relationship.
