For as long as the Servicer services the Mortgage Loans, the Servicer covenants that it will not, and that it will ensure that its affiliates and agents, will not, directly solicit or provide information for any other party to solicit for prepayment or refinancing of any of the Mortgage Loans by the related Mortgagors.
