Nontraditional Mortgage Loan. Each Mortgage Loan that is a “nontraditional mortgage loan” within the meaning of the Interagency Guidance on Nontraditional Mortgage Product Risks, 71 FR 58609 (October 4, 2006), and that has a residential loan application date on or after September 13, 2007, complies in all material respects with such guidance, regardless of whether the Mortgage Loan’s originator or Seller is subject to such guidance as a matter of law.
