Common use of Nontransferability of Options Clause in Contracts

Nontransferability of Options. The Options shall be nontransferable or assignable except to the extent expressly provided in the Plan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant may by delivering written notice to Company in a form provided by or otherwise satisfactory to Company, designate a third party who, in the event of Participant’s death, shall thereafter be entitled to exercise the Options. This Agreement is not intended to confer upon any person other than the parties hereto any rights or remedies hereunder.
