Nonwaiver and Nonexclusive Rights and Remedies. (a) No right or remedy herein conferred upon or reserved to U. S. Bank is intended to be to the exclusion of any other right or remedy, but each and every such right or remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other right or remedy given hereunder and now or hereafter existing at law or in equity.
