Common use of NONWAIVER BY LANDLORD Clause in Contracts

NONWAIVER BY LANDLORD. No waiver of any of the terms, covenants, provisions, conditions, rules and regulations required by this Lease, and no waiver of any legal or equitable relief or remedy shall be implied by the failure of Landlord to assert any rights, or to declare any forfeiture, or for any other reason, and no waiver of any of said terms, provisions, covenants, rules and regulations shall be valid unless it shall be in writing signed by the Landlord. No waiver by Landlord or forgiveness of performance by Landlord in respect to one or more tenants of the Shopping Center in which the Premises are located shall constitute a waiver or forgiveness of performance in favor of Tenant herein.
