NONWAIVER; CUMULATIVE REMEDIES. No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of the Lender of any right, power or privilege hereunder shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege. The rights and remedies of the Lender herein provided are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
