Nonwaiver of Remedies. A waiver of any condition stated in this Lease shall not be implied by any neglect of a party to enforce any remedy available by reason of the failure to observe or perform the condition. A waiver by a party shall not affect any condition other than the one specified in the waiver and a waiver shall waive a specified condition only for the time and in the manner specifically stated in the waiver. The acceptance by Landlord of rent or other money from Tenant after termination of the Lease, after termination of Tenant's right of possession, after the occurrence of a default, or after institution of any remedy by Landlord shall not alter, diminish, affect or waive the Lease termination, termination of possession, default or remedy.
